What to expectFrom a Flight Club Event
Booking your event
We know organising an event isn't easy. One of our Events Team will guide you through the entire process, getting in touch regularly to make it as simple as possible for you.
When you arrive
Your dedicated host will welcome you and be your point of contact on the day, making sure your event goes off without a hitch. Your pre-ordered drinks will be ready and waiting.
Let the games begin
Your Gamesmaster will make sure your guests understand the games, build atmosphere, and set up the Tournament. All you have to do is have fun, and watch the live leaderboards!
Eat. Drink. Play. Repeat
Your pre-ordered food and drinks will be served in your reserved area to enjoy whilst you play.
Finalé and Prizes
Who will be the Social Darts Champion? Your Gamesmaster will guide your event to its dramatic conclusion, with Medals, Merch & Trophy cocktails for the winners.
Join Us In the Bar
Once the games have finished, you can stay around for a drink. Let us know in advance if you’d like to reserve a bar space just for you.

Team Tournament
Great for getting departments to bond! Teams of up to six players compete against each other. HR versus Finance, anyone? The two highest-scoring teams face off in an epic finale, with medals for the winning team.
Classic Tournament
All players compete individually across our 16 semi-private oches, with live leaderboards tracking the action. The top six players enter a final showdown for Flight Club medals (and ultimate bragging rights).
We had a GREAT night last Thursday. I was entertaining 18 clients and colleagues and it was perfect. We had 2 oches beside each other. Such a giggle.

FAQs
Absolutely! If your group has more than 12 guests, you'll be allocated two oche playing areas next to each other when making the booking, and for groups with more than 24 you’ll be allocated three oches. For groups of more than 37 people, please chat to our events team at events@flightclubdarts.com.

Our in-house Design Team can help you with any branding elements you might need for your event, from menus to goody bags!
A minimum spend commitment gives you access to one of our exclusive event spaces. The area will be just for your group throughout, and ensure that everything will be ready in advance, so you can just arrive and enjoy!
You can use your minimum spend to pre-order a selection of our food and drinks, or party packages. Anything left over from your minimum spend will be turned into a prepaid bar tab for extra food and drinks on the day!
Yes! During the summer, you can book our outdoor pub garden with space for up to 250 guests.
